How To Start Your Day




Starting everything well is much much important in every aspect of life. directly and indirectly we start many things known and unknowingly every day we have been doing since born and that is 'New Day'.

Every new day we start but unknown for how we started that and that is good or not or may be need to change something. So here are some simple and basic changes which will help you to change your daily life and enegize you and improve your performance with positive results.



Get up early in morning

May be you are a day or night person try to or push your self to weak up early in the morning because this is good habit as well as have multiple benefits.in morning lots of oxigen and fresh air is present so you can take more and more fresh air inside the lungs so you will feel fresh and becuase of high level oxigen the blood circulate well in in body and you will feel fresh whole day. for exercise this is best period in all day you can earn maximaun benefits from exercise becuse of environment. you will feel freshs and automatically be ready to work.you can experience the real peace and natural things like birds voices, silent surrounding, begining of sun rays. so because of all these things you will feel good and will be ready to use this kind of time to increae your productivity.



Listen good songs

This is very effective mood building habit and can motivate you. as when you weak up after being ready just listen a few good inspiring songs which are your favorite from your library that will change your mood , a new energy will start flowing in your body so you will feel fresh and that makes you ready for next task. So fill your library with good Media and sort them with different names ( morning bits, daybigins )




Do simple simple exercises

Now you are ready mentaly and physically so firat take a long walk atleast 2 km then start with doing exercises.you can do this in garden as well coming back to your home . try to Do simple exercises first if you are doing it first time which you can do easily in 10 mins for each like different kind of yogasan like surya namaskar, tadasan , shvasan, like this which you can do.but first do streching before starting any exercise because it is a preparation for body for exercise like,

• Move your hands, feets, and head.
• Bend and touch your feet fingers.
• Rotate your waist.
Sit down and move your thais. make feet staight and again folt them back by sitting.


try to move all the body parts. warm up by small small movements. like this do what you know and your body need to do but with proper practical knowledge.



Do Meditation

This is best thing ever and every body knows this but only knowing is not enough need to do it regularly if you want to increas your focus. meditation satable your mind.inceeses concentration. increare your think level and speed. makes to focus fastly.

this is the base of all things which we do because your mind is slowly slowly going to equate at center point of mind and this is the unexpected, unimaginable state of human mind you will experience when you do it. try to do it regularly and start with minimum time.



Start with good stuff

When you will ready then immidiately don't go to read news paper directly because they don't have good news or things on top front page of paper. so may be that will discourage you and change your mood indirectly. so don't read news paper firat instead read some pages from books or read bhagavatgita's one aadhyay, One Sanskrit shlok, Knyaneshvari Abhang like this or you can read a list of good thoughts so it will give you energy as well as inspire you. because at morning our mind is fully and ready to gain many things so we have give it quality things because that will make positive effect on work.then you can gor for reading news paper . so keep good quality things in your liberary.



Eat healthy

At morning tummy is empty.it need to fill with good meal to produce energy for this you need eat good breakfast with tea/cofee. Dont eat the buiscute and other things which only fills your tummy externaly. and you will get hungry in some few time. Always remember whatever you are going to eat heathy energy food becuase if your tummy is full then and then your brain work well other it will diaturb you in work.



Make a simple plan for day

Now make a list of all the tasks that may be general or official. then sort them which are much important and which are less. give a time limit for task So start to do the important things first within decided time dont worry if it take some more time that ok but try to do it in time.allow each task a proper time limit. after you will complete task then take a little break and focus on next task. betweem this work if you get the time then try to complete some of tasks from general one.


Tip:

Think about to do multiple things in one round.e.g if you are going to buying dairy product then check your list immidiately and buy that stuff also. here you will have done many things in one which saves your energy, time , money. so you can use it for another things. here you need to add task to your dolist when you remeber them and keep it always with you.
