How To Think Properly Every Day

Thinking is a natural process and each and every human kind thinks every time, every minute every second and more and more. So now thing is that every body has been thinking since born but is that right and proper.....? and mostly good and positive . So I think this also a skill and a good habit which can make your life as well work more easy, clear and successful.
Here are some tips which will help you to think properly over time.



• Think Positive

This is first and basic step in all that is you have to think positive every time whatever may be that you must think positive. In everything there is always some positive and learning things if you are a careful observer then you can easily understand things fast and your are thinking positive then you get that otherwise you not, because in many you will immediately become tense and panic so you will loose your concentration and all goes wrong.



• Observation power

This is natural one and not in every think so you want to think fast and clearly then try to observe each and everything carefully like,
-What is that thing
-How that is working or works
-Who are doing that nature or human.

-The best way of increasing your observation power and make it a habit is to observe nature carefully everyday on everything like tree, environment , sky ,animals ,human body and how they are working.

This is not your job part but the good and free exercise which you can do from anywhere and free of cost.



• Stay Calm

Staying calm is preparations for your thinking. You can think easily and about every single aspects of your current thinking subject. If you are not stayed calm you may loose your concentration and you can't think properly and you will take wrong decision and this is happening about mostly.
What to do:
Sit in relax state, Stay calm and close your and slowly take breath and slowly slowly try to take long breath. This will help you to neutral your mind fast and you will think about your subject. So try to stay calm in every situation.



• Think Systematically

Whatever you are going to think think systematically because in it a process that tells you things clearly and you can easily sort that things and go for your final decision.

What is systematically...?
-Take a subject and think what is your target for that.
-What you expect from that.
-What time you have for that
-That is in your control or you need others help.
-How you can do this in less energy and money( money is not required everywhere)
-What is the proper way of doing that and how you can apply your brain to solve that one...



• Think both sides

Here, think positive side of your subject also negative side because if you just think about your positive side you will unknown for negative side and you can mentally prepare for that if you will go wrong or your idea is not worked.



• Invest time

Don't waste your time in thinking which are not related to any part of life or work and goal. That will only waste your energy and you get nothing from that. So just try to focus on your targets and only think about that how you can do better and better.



• Think again and again

Take one of your subjects and think on that. Write down what you think on paper and read that again and again and again think on that I am saying again and again because here you need to stretch you brain by giving it some right input and then brain will automatically give you output don't worry about that.

"when you think on a thing for a whole day then your brain you a good solution next day definitely."

When you get tired then don't think any and just keep silence.



• Consider problem.

All time things are not as you think or looks, so then consider some this also because not everything is in our control and may be things will go out our control. Consider some problems and think as per that or problem will occur like this you will indirectly prepare your self for future things.



• Avoid/limit negative thinking

This is basic thing which people has inbuilt in them self and this directly and indirectly affects your mind and then things will worse. So not to happen this try to not think negative about your subject like (health, performance,job like many) because thinking is the base of your mind and what you think which right or wrong this will give food to your brain and brain will give input to you for doing that because

" Human behaviour and action is the reflection of human mind thinking".

So try to avoid negative think which decrease your confidence and take you on negative side.
