Learning is one important step of our Life.all the humans are lean at least one thing everyday and the educational learning is the fix regular routine for each and everybody. Traditional learning was the only options for learners to earn knowledge a few decades ago but now things has changed.new ways are established and online learning is one from that.

Online learning is not so new to all but since the inventions in personnel computer and internet has been started. Many students and peoples has been learning online from 2- 3 decades ago. this is normal to the other developed countries like America , Japan, Russia. So this is too new to people who donot know about technology and doing their works by basic traditional methods and tools.

Online learning has already established in our life but not on regular basis we were learning some things online like one of course or tips for our daily lives or solutions for some problems, certified courses and for distance education and for many small small things before this pandemic exits . But this pandemic made this online learning a regular learning method over traditional learning method. All the students from schools , colleges even peoples are working online on almost every day. Now the online is the only way and still it is going on but this type of education vertually learning is good and lots of people accepted it and are believing on this. They think this online learning is good by all the way and good for students as well as their parents.

This learning method is best or not needs to think on this but now this keeps the education of students going because of smart devices and internet. Without internet we couldn't do anything even We can't imagine the life without its but still we having this and things from inventions proves that they can change the whole world and with these things we can do anything in every difficult situation just need preparations , proper planning and will power.

The online learning is easy and of have leas work. most of the things in PPT and PDF forms so students don't need to right all the things and also this is good for almost that students who don't want to do it. But these ways and habits are very bad and there are affecting the natural leaning process of human mind to imbibe knowledge and reducing their strengths and connecting them to bad habits indirectly.

This method is making them dependent and telling you can't do without these things(smart phone ,tabs and compute) But when this things didn't exits then Also people were leaning and built them self well but here now happening reverse instead of happening very good even more facilities are available.

This is all not bad or wrongs over traditional learning method this is less effective because that environment, presence and communications and practical activities are very fluent to human mind and that are very effective and pushing students mind in new think and makes them more and more productive.

Traditional method is Good systematic process as compared to online. And following this we will get best results and that is true ( except teaching style and techniques )

Not all the old methods and process are effective like online process but if they are improved and changed as per requirements then they will be the best methods. Then this method will give the best results for long time reliably.

In traditional method we needs to give more attention on teaching styles and method where this is as good as in online learning because student can watch a single thing multiple time till he don't understand it well, if the video is in recorded form. For this the recording should be available in digital library so student can watch it any time.

Traditional learning must accept this type of ways for hard and complex subject to reduce fear and confusion of subject from students mind and to improve students performqnce and whole education systems.

Now we have this technology may be the future will be more hi-tech and fully virtual but even then this online system can't replace this traditional system. We all need to walk with future and accept the changes but how much and which things that all are depends on everybody. Because not all one side learning is is good and effective(theory). We need to balance between different ways and methods to learn well and more effectively.

We all are know the results of all universities but not all are trying for quality education and improvements. Neither all the students as well as all the people have the importance of education and learning. in this situation this online system is establishing their roots and now most of all the world know to online things.

Now a days all the people have smart devices but also there are people who has been distance away from these type of things and for them education is too long but this online education can solve these types problems easily and can go towards them and can connect them to this new change and can improve them.

This online system have many benefits and still is keep going then also many many basic problems are stoping this because not all the people can afford and have smart devices and internet. So this is a basic and starting problems because even this system is less costly than traditional then also can't be full established until all the basic problems are cleared. And daily or limited income people can't afford both the systems online as well as traditional....so here what's the mistake of them in this case ........need to think on this for good improvements.

So we have advantage and disadvantage of Both the systems. We are following the traditional method over the year and earned good results but also having inacurateness , mistakes and wrong method. Online is fast , simple and some of secure method also have lots of benefits but have disadvantage as we think from health routine. We need to follow both the systems as per requirement and for regular improvements and to balance learning in all the conditions mostly for better and secure future.
