Reading is a good habit and most of people like it and also losts of people have been enjoying that but not all time. Reading general things are simple and you can easily understand them. But when learning some important and technical things its goes difficult.
Reading is complicated process and most of people can't understand things easily they want to read but most of time they can't understand. So let's go try to make it simple and easy.
listen good music
Start your day with semiclasic good music because music is best thing ever in the world which will change your mood ,boost you energy and you will feel fresh and your mind will calm down to receive any thing happily.
so just start with music and also whenever you will fill tired then also listen music that will refresh you again and again and make you ready to work for long time.
Start with necessary things
Before you start to read keep all the things near you like slate/paper,pencil,marker,Dictionary Colors pens and your note
book.
Paper/slate:
for doing rough work and practice what you want to read.
Pencil :
for underline new and hard words and for rough writing. Which you can erase and cam use that paper again.
Dictionary:
for finding new words meaning and for to learn words are used as(noun,adjective,adverb...)
Color pens: to make things interesting and highlight important things like formula, statement ,thoughts,equations.
Note book: for writing your Fair notes.
Don't worry if you don't have above things. you can do that with single pen also. So then use squares and rectangular and many of shapes which are proper and make your notes looks good. So because of that you will feel fresh during reading.
Learn basics of grammar
If you already know the grammar then its good but you don't known then learn at least basic rules and tens. So you can understand fast and actually can know how the sentence has written and in which tense.
Knowing basic grammar rules makes your reading easy and fast. So learn it first. Further your reading will make your grammar base strong automatically.
Read slowly
Whatever you want to read,read it slowly.break the sentence in small parts and read just two three words slowly. that will make reading easy and fast.
Read each and every word with their meaning.If you don't know meaning of a word then just underline that word and try to guess the meaning of word from whole sentence.
if you can't then find it in dictionary further after reading a small paragraph.
Some time you can know the meaning of word without dictionary from sentence. This make your brain to
think on that and get some meaning.
After this open the dictionary and find meaning of all the words.(use hard copy of dictionary not from mobile because in mobile you can get only one word but in dictionary you can see other words also which are related to that and are used anywhere.)
This is one more benefit of this.
Now read all that paragraph again with meaning and try to
understand all that in once. If you understand all the meaning
then go for next. Don't try to remember.
Imagine what you read
You have read a paragraph now close your eyes and try to think and imagine what it is that actually. make some diagram in your mind and think on that again and again then what is coming in your mind write it down on rough paper and make a link of all things. This is very simple way of understanding things and even if you don't understand then also you can remember that and slowly you can understand all that automatically. This is natural process so don't worry some time if you don't understand anything. then alos Go forward.

Believe or not once you are familiar with new words then that words will automatically tell you the meaning clearly.you don't need to do anything just read it carefully.
Remember one thing that is if you stop reading just because of you dont understand that this is not good attitude and you can never understand that. so dont worry just read it and stick to it.
Take help
If you can't understand a thing then take help of others.If possible and someone's is know that already or you can see on internet,you can see you tube just for clear understanding and idea of concept.(just understand that don't follow their technique because you are not just reading here but making your own techniques and ways indirectly which will help you to improve next every time.)
Write it down
Whatever your are going to learn first try to understand that theoretically and after that write it down on paper in your simple
words and make that interesting. because when you will read that you should feel fresh and your interest should increase automatically. for that purpose write that in good writing at your best level.
Apply immediately
Now you have learnt something so now just try to do some experiment practically with what you have and what you can. Use your whole brain,try to apply what you learn practically on anything where you can apply that.
Revise it
you want to do best then you need to learn all the things well for this you should practice it till you will approximate perfect. So for making your learning worthy then read it before day is complete(before going to sleep)
This will make things more simple for your brain and you can remember easily.
Take review
On next day just review what you have learnt last day just like news paper and highlight the main point in your mind and go for next. This is the best technique don't just read. try it and then believe on it.
Keep away disturbance
When you are start your session then tell your brain not to think about other things and just think about what you want to do. Focus on your task don't allow anything from outside to disturb you. Small small disturbances makes big loss so keep yourself away from that.
(Like mobile,tv, game,call....)
Because already you have less time and if you can stick to it then you can read more and more things fastly and can learn from that.
